We offer free standard shipping or our priority insured shipping for only $3.60 USD, which includes insurance for full retail value of your purchase if the shipment is lost, damaged or stolen.

*PLEASE NOTE*: We work with the artisans directly, so each item may arrive individually and at different times. 

How long does it usually take for a package to arrive?

Your package may be traveling a long way to your doorstep. Depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays, and other delays, shipping times can vary. Also please take into account that most of our products are made to order, so they can take up to 8 days to be shipped out. Our goal is to provide the best shipping service and deliver a well made product.

if you do not receive your package within 45 business days (after your order has been shipped) we will refund you the total amount of your order. 

How do I track my package?

We provide a tracking number for all of our packages. You can use third party tracking services to track your order: 17TRACK

When your package is in the USA, use USPS.

In case of failed delivery attempts, Hooking Hands does not take responsibility for undelivered packages. It is up to the customer to check with their local post office in case the package is needed to be picked up.

Do I need to pay customs/duties/taxes?

Our deliveries go through traditional customs clearances which may require customers to pay any applicable duties and taxes on arrival. It’s also best to check with your local laws to see when you would have to pay duties/taxes on imported purchases and for what kinds of items. 

If customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Hooking Hands is not responsible for confiscated or undeliverable goods.

Can I cancel my order? 

Cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances. Please be certain before placing your order. All orders begin fulfillment after the order has been placed.

What is your return policy?

Due to the amount of love, care and time put into making each product, we cannot accept your return if you simply changed your mind, so please choose carefully and we are almost sure you will love it ;). In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with the item or if you have received the item damaged or faulty make sure to contact us at contact@hookinghands.com. Please consider that small imperfections can appear which is the beauty of handmade and not machine-made products. 

The customer is responsible of contacting us within 7 days of delivery regarding any issues with their orders such as the item being defective or broken. We may always replace the item free of charge in case it's received in a defective condition.  

To be eligible for a return if you are unhappy with your order, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What is your exchange policy?

If your item is made to order we cannot exchange it for a new one. Please contact us at contact@hookinghands.com and we will discuss it further.

Make sure to provide your correct address so that you can receive your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
